Casting Quality Control

We ensure complete traceability and consistency through comprehensive quality checks on both the chemical dan physical properties of the metal.

Our quality control process guarantees that each component adheres to the highest standards. We implement strict procedures throughout the entire production cycle, from selecting materials to conducting final inspections, ensuring precision, durability, and full compliance with industry regulations.

METALLURGICAL QUALITY CONTROL

Our inhouse Quality laboratory includes following instruments to control whole process.

A Mold hardness tester ensures consistency, strength, and uniformity of the Molds. It ensures uniform hardness throughout the Mold, contributing to reliable, high-quality castings with minimal variations.

An Online Carbon Silicon Analyzer is used during the melting process to monitor and control the levels of carbon and silicon in molten metal. By providing real-time data, it helps maintain precise alloy composition, ensuring the correct casting grade. It plays a key role in producing consistent, high-quality castings.

SPECTROMETER: A spectrometer integrated with a database records and stores the chemical composition of metals during testing. It enables real-time data capture, efficient management, and traceability of metal chemistry, ensuring accurate quality control, easy access to historical data, and compliance with industry standards. We are equipped with Foundry master Smart – Bench Top, Emission Spectrometer suitable for analysis of Ferrous Based alloys.

A polishing machine is used before spectrographic analysis to create a smooth, clean, and uniform surface on metal samples. This ensures accurate chemical composition readings by removing oxidation and surface irregularities, allowing for precise spectro analysis and reliable results.

MICROSCOPE: Microscope with video displays and picture recording capability to view and document crystalline structure. We are equipped with Inverted – metallurgical Microscope 50X to 1000X with online image analyzer software. Make – Daksh Quality System.

HARDNESS TESTER: Ensuring Casting meets required strength and durability standards. We are equipped with Brinell Hardness Tester Model : B-3000(H), Make-Fine

Tensile testing, partnered with a certified laboratory, is used to evaluate the mechanical properties of materials, such as strength, elongation, and elasticity.

MACHINING QUALITY CONTROL

Our machining quality guarantees precise, high-performance parts with exceptional accuracy and consistency. Using advanced equipment and skilled technicians, we ensure that each component meets strict standards and customer specifications.
